We conduct organisational audits and support our customers in the implementation or development of a procedural handbook with the aim of optimising your company procedures.
- We conduct a thorough diagnosis of organisational system in order to identify its strengths and weaknesses and to determine what corrective measures and improvements should be made.
- As part of implementing the reorganisation plan, we provide support to the teams responsible for drafting procedures, assist them in the development and reconfiguration of the organisation chart, help develop accurate and specific job descriptions and performance indicators, and define the required job descriptions for job and skills management planning.
- We also work in line with the company's strategies and incorporate them, if applicable, in the process of implementing the quality management system.
