Shake down & Operations

After the commissioning of the hospital some time is taken for functional integration of different units, services, staff, patient and community that period is called shake down period. During this period-

• Machines and equipment are tested
• Staff recruited and trained
• Standard Operating procedures are made
• Maintenance services put in place
• Material, Linens and stationary procured

 
Then starts the routine and normal functioning of the Medical establishment.
